Relationship adviceUse SHIFT+ENTER to open the menu (new window).
This is the culminating activity for the relationship unit. Students have two case studies that they are asked to give advice for. The case studies involve giving advice to a person who has a particular problem regarding a relationship. They will be marked according to content and the amount of thought/maturity that they have expressed in developing their answer.

Case A: A person has feeelings for a friend of thiers. They are interested in starting a more "involved" relationship (dating) but they are unsure how the friend feels. What advice could you give them to help them "break the ice" and approach the person to talk about growing the relationship.

Case B: Two people have been involved in a dating relationship for the past year and a half. One person no longer has the same feelings towards the other and feels as though they need to end the relationship. What advice could you give this person to help them "respectfully" end this relationship in an appropriate way to minimize hurt feelings.

Students are required to do BOTH case studies.

This is a poster assignment that students have been given. Details about the assignment have been attached in a PDF document.

** Note to Parents **
Some students will be looking to include pictures to visually demonstrate their STI. This can be graphic and will often include pictures of male and female reproductive organs in various stages of infection. If you have any questions or comments about the material being covered during this assignment or unit please feel free to contact me at the school.
